How Vaporeze™ Works

The Vaporeze™ Vapor Absorbent Pouch is a natural highly absorbent material that can be used to eliminate noxious vapors. Vaporeze™ is negatively charged whereas many vapors ride on positively charged particles. As a result, Vaporeze™ draws in vapors like a strong magnet. Thereafter, it traps, neutralizes, and encapsulates the vapors without smelly cover-ups. The molecular structure of Vaporeze™ is made up of a lattice structure arranged to form a honeycomb framework of billions of interconnecting channels. This gives Vaporeze™ an enormous surface area that is larger than several football fields. The latter enables Vaporeze™ to adsorb phenomenal amounts of vapors and work for months.

Directions

For a breath of fresh air, simply remove the plastic cover, place Vaporeze™ pouches in the area to treated, and notice the difference. Use one or more pouches for every 400 square feet. This product will function most efficiently in an enclosed area with good air circulation. To obtain the best results, remove the odor sources (e.g. spills and open containers) and clean the affected area prior to treating with Vaporeze™. For extra effectiveness, use this product in conjunction with Vaporeze™ Vapor Absorbent Granules.

Rejuvenating, Reusing & Recycling

The Vaporeze™ Vapor Absorbent Pouches may be reused repeatedly after periodically rejuvenating them. Rejuvenate the pouches weekly until a noticeable decrease in vapor and fumes are detected. Thereafter, rejuvenate them every 3-4 months or when vapor and fume levels increase. To rejuvenate, simply place the pouches in direct sunlight for a day and reuse.

The number of times Vaporeze™ can be rejuvenated and its actual life span will depend on the odor concentrations, temperature, humidity and velocity of air flow it is exposed to. Replace the pouches every 3-4 months or when rejuvenation eventually fails to work.

Unused Vaporeze™ vapor and fume control media or used media that has not been exposed to hazardous substances can be recycled by removing this material from the pouch and applying to gardens, flower beds, yards, fields, potting soil and plant beds with thorough watering. It will act as a slow release fertilizer and help retain soil moisture.

Disposal

The unused Vaporeze™ Vapor Absorbent Pouch is non-hazardous and environmentally safe. However, this will change if it is exposed to hazardous or toxic substances and should be disposed according to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
